How much will my delivery cost?

All orders are despatched on either an Economy Delivery Service or our Fast Track Delivery Service at the following rates:

Economy Delivery - Approx. 2-3 working days lead time - £14.95 incl. VAT

Fast Track Delivery (for orders placed by approx. 13:00) - Next working day lead time - £24.95 incl. VAT

We do also offer timed deliveries, last minute deliveries and other special services on request.  Please contact us on for further details.

How are your orders despatched?

Orders are despatched via a nominated courier service.  We use a number of reputable carriers such as Tuffnells Parcels and UK Mail to despatch your order, the allocation of which is determined primarily through the following considerations:

• Delivery Destination 
• Order weight 
• Order dimensions 

When do you make despatches?

Despatches are made from Monday - Friday, during business hours. 

When will I receive my order?

Most despatches are made on a 'next working day basis'.  Unless you have contacted us directly to arrange a time-sensitive delivery, our nominated couriers make deliveries all day between the hours of 08:00 - 18:00.

I haven't received my order or I have a problem regarding my order...

If you are experiencing any difficulties or problems with your order, please contact us as soon as possible in order to make notification of your problem.  You may contact us by phone, or email us and we will be happy to call you back.  Please quote your order reference number when contacting us as it will help us track your order quicker.

I wish to place an order for international delivery...

Should you wish to place an order for international delivery, please contact our sales team directly with your requirements.  We shall then calculate your quotation including any air / sea freight charges (if required). 

Can I collect my order?

You are more than welcome to visit our Exeter based warehouse to collect your Key Clamp order.  You may wish to contact us first in order to arrange an agreeable time to make collection.
